How to play in a tennis tournament
Joining a tennis round robin or social? Here is how it works.
- Open the organizer's link or QR code to see your court, partner and opponents for each round.
- Play your match to the agreed format and the organizer enters the score.
- In rotating formats your partner changes every round; in King of the Court a win moves you up a court.
- Follow the live standings on your phone between rounds.
Tennis scoring in CourtTable
Tennis is scored 15, 30, 40 and game, sets go to six games with a tiebreak at 6–6, and socials often play short sets or a fixed time. CourtTable records whichever you play.
- Games and sets, with advantage or a deciding point at deuce and a tiebreak.
- Points race or a fixed time per round for quick socials.
- Cap the rounds to fit your court booking.
Live scores for the club
Every tennis tournament gets a public page with the pairings, scores and standings. Show the TV view in the clubhouse and share the winner's podium when the last match is played.
