CourtTable Terms and Conditions

GAVA Group AB · Last updated 2026-09-28

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) form a binding agreement between you and GAVA Group AB (GAVA Group, CourtTable, we, us, our), a company organised under the laws of Sweden as an aktiebolag (AB). They govern your use of the CourtTable apps for iOS and Android, the website at https://www.courttable.com, and related services (together, the Service).

By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

  • GAVA Group AB, Sweden, company registration number 559427-5207
  • Email: support@padelfast.com
  • Contact form: https://www.courttable.com/contact

2. The Service

CourtTable helps organizers run racquet-sport tournaments and leagues. In the app you keep a directory of your players, create tournaments in formats such as Americano, Mexicano, Round Robin, Knockout and World Cup, and leagues with divisions and seasons; CourtTable draws the rounds, records the scores you enter and keeps the standings. Each tournament and league has a public web page and a big-screen view that anyone with the link can follow.

Players and spectators do not need an account: they only view public pages. The website has no sign-in and offers no other features.

We may add, change or remove features over time. CourtTable does not organise, supervise or guarantee any event run with it, and is not responsible for the conduct of organizers, players or venues.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, or older where the law in your country sets a higher age; if you are under the age of majority, you need a parent's or guardian's consent.

Finishing the app's onboarding creates an anonymous account tied to the app on your device. It has no email address or password, so we cannot restore it if you delete the app, reset your device or lose it. Keep this in mind before you rely on CourtTable for data you cannot recreate.

4. Plans, quick games and payment

Playing a single match is free. Running a tournament needs an Organizer or Manager subscription, or one quick game per tournament; creating a league needs Manager. The prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy.

  • Plans are bought in the app, through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and billed to your store account under the store's terms. RevenueCat keeps track of what you bought; we never see your payment details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account (Apple: at least 24 hours before the period ends); you keep access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your CourtTable account does not cancel a subscription.
  • A quick game can be bought one or more at a time. Each one is used when you start a tournament and is not time-limited; if the start fails, it is given back. Unused quick games belong to your account and are lost if the account is deleted.
  • Refunds of store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue them.

5. Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally may withdraw from a contract for digital content or services within 14 days without giving a reason. Plans are available immediately after purchase. Where you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, that right ends when it is: for a quick game, when you use it to start a tournament. Where you have not given that consent and acknowledgement, the full 14-day right applies.

Because plans are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you withdraw by requesting a refund from the store, and you may also tell us at support@padelfast.com. This Section does not reduce any statutory right you have.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to let anyone else:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or otherwise objectionable, or that you have no right to share — tournament and league pages are public;
  • add other people to your directory, tournaments or leagues without a right to do so (see "Your content");
  • circumvent plan limits, security or abuse protection, or access the Service by automated means except as we permit;
  • scrape or bulk-extract data from public pages, or interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows it, or resell it without our written consent.

Reporting content

If you believe a public page contains illegal content, content that infringes your rights, or your personal data without a proper basis, report it to support@padelfast.com with a link and the reason. We assess reports under our obligations as a hosting service, including the EU Digital Services Act, and may remove or restrict the content; the organizer can contact us to contest a decision.

7. Your content

Your content is what you put into CourtTable: your players, tournaments and leagues, their titles, descriptions, venues and images, and scores. You keep ownership of it and are responsible for it.

You grant GAVA Group AB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content as needed to provide the Service, including publishing tournaments and leagues on their public pages. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies in backups kept for a limited period and data we must keep by law. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

Content about other people

When you add players, you confirm that you may do so and that they know their name and photo will appear on public tournament and league pages. Contact details and notes you keep for a player stay private in your directory. You must remove a player's data when they ask you to, and we will act on valid requests we receive directly, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Pairings and results

CourtTable generates pairings and standings from the format, the players and the scores the organizer enters. The organizer is responsible for the scores and for the rules of their event; we do not guarantee that pairings, results or standings are free from errors.

9. Deleting your account, and suspension

You can stop using CourtTable at any time and delete your account in the app (Menu, your name, Remove account; see https://www.courttable.com/delete-user). Deletion is permanent. It removes your profile and sign-in; delete your tournaments, leagues and players first if you want them gone too, or email us.

We may restrict, suspend or end your access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service, other people or third parties. Where reasonable and lawful we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem; for serious breaches we may act immediately. You can ask for a review at support@padelfast.com.

10. Availability and updates

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may release app updates through the app stores; some may be required for the app to keep working.

11. Warranties and your statutory rights

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, and apart from the statutory guarantees below, the Service is provided as is and as available, without other warranties, express or implied.

If you are a consumer, you keep your mandatory rights under Swedish and EU law, including the right to paid digital content and services that conform to the contract and to a remedy (repair, price reduction or refund) if they do not. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits those rights, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud.

Physical activity

Racquet sports are physical activities. CourtTable does not organise or supervise play, and you take part in events at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

If you are a consumer

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, that results from your own breach, from other people's content or events, from third-party services you use (such as the app stores), or from events outside our reasonable control.

If you use CourtTable for business purposes

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and a nominal amount in SEK. This never reduces a consumer's statutory rights.

13. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify GAVA Group AB against third-party claims arising from content you had no right to publish, including other people's personal data added without a proper basis. For consumers this applies only as far as mandatory consumer law permits, and not where a claim arises from our own breach or negligence.

14. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services whose own terms apply to your use of them. Apple, App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of their owners.

App store terms

If you got the app from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and GAVA Group AB, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app; if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any), and Apple has no other warranty obligation to the extent the law allows; Apple is not responsible for product claims, intellectual-property claims or consumer-law compliance regarding the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If you got the app from Google Play, equivalent acknowledgements apply to Google where Google Play requires them.

15. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the CourtTable name and logo, is owned by or licensed to GAVA Group AB. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose, revocable under these Terms. Your content remains yours.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal changes, new or changed features, security needs or genuine operational necessity. Changes apply only going forward. For a material change we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect; if you do not agree, you can stop using CourtTable and delete your account before then, and a consumer adversely affected by a change to a paid service can end it and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused pre-paid period.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.

Please contact us first at support@padelfast.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute and you are a consumer in Sweden, you may refer it to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, www.arn.se); elsewhere in the EU/EEA, to the alternative dispute-resolution body in your country. The exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts applies only to users who are not consumers.

18. Privacy

How we handle personal data, and your rights, are described in the CourtTable Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. GAVA Group AB is the data controller.

19. General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
  • Severability: if a term is found unfair or unenforceable it does not bind you, and the rest of these Terms continues to apply.
  • No waiver: not enforcing a term is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate or successor; we will tell consumers in advance where this changes who they contract with.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Notices: we give notices in the app; you can reach us at support@padelfast.com.
  • Language: if a translation of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
